Big problem..babies are rootbound

I have a couple different kynds in little keg cups. Some are about a foot tall, I now know that's way to tall to keep in lil 16 oz cups. Some are starting to discolor, and when I pulled them out of the cups to transfer, there was about a 1/4 to 1 inch root ball at the bottom. I gently broke up the roots with my fingers, and transplanted to bigger pots. Please tell me they are gonna be OK?? I have some dank ass shit.. like OG, SSSDH, Kali Mist, Chocoalate diesel, and bubba. Please tell me they'll come through. Has this happened to anyone? I took cuttings off the ones that were big enough, so hopefully those will root.

Are you PHing your food and water? 6.5-6.0?

Root bound and hungry by the sounds of it.

I wouldn't panic yet. Some fresh soil in a larger pot and some nutes will hopefully help. Give them an application of B12 for stress relief.

Start with the lights higher than you would and wait for some new veg before dropping them down to where you would normally have them.

Keep us up to date on their recovery.

Thanks all, the one I'm really worried about is the baby OG, it's been in non-growth mode for a week+ now. I gave it some rotten fish mix that it didn't like to much, kinda flushed the roots before transplant, so we shall see. If not I still got the SFV.

Replant in good soil. water , light, give time, don't over do it, they will be fine.
