Im 3 weeks away from the end of my flowering, i have a situation where i have to chop it all down early. Will i actually get anything off this when it drys?

Yes, however the spectrum of terpenes and THC will not be optimized.
I imagine your chopping at 6 weeks, you will get a zippy high from the buds, but the duration and intensity will be less than if you were in a position to flower to maturity. Obviously yield will be less too.
Have done this before and was pleasantly surprised.

Yeah ime cutting a little early will take away some yield and potency, but not that much and it should still be some pretty good smoke.
