some shots at 5wks flower of BGs TW X Thai offerin. these are fairly stretchy plants, they shoot right up in the first few weeks, kinda grow like a bean pole, the wife was takin care of um for a few weeks while i was laid up, and when i finally got down in the grow, there was a OE male in there that was ragin all over, had hit my 4ft ceilin and was goin sideways across the ceilin to the light, lol.

between the two plants(have another a few weeks behind, that looks just like the straight thai plant i also have growin) one appears the bigger yielder, but the bud is airier then the other which has hard buds reminisent of the TW.

the fatter lookin plant smells of kamakazi's, to the tee, the tighter budded plant, has the same aroma, but theres that lingerin dank in there from the TW. you know how the TW is mostly pine sol lemoney aroma, but theres that under lyin menthol rotten somethin. thats whats behind the limey kamakazi aroma.

WOW, how did i miss this one. Great job CBF and can't wait to see more. They sure do look like the one's of those outdoor pictures i post of that person that sent me those pictures. Lone and straight up to the sky. Great job as aways.

hey, thanks all for stoppin in. BG, they look exactly like that outdoor plant in minature(sp) the aromas are excellent on these two, the other aint puttin out yet, lol.

the plant thats a few weeks behind(ill get a pic)was topped by the underground dank, and resembles one of the thai, dont look anything like these two, im diggin these two plants.

4 more weeks left from what im hearin.

Morning CBF, really sorry to hear about the Betties. Man, i wish i knew what was going on with them. Sounds like others are having some problems also. I see that Marksurf has some and had some hemi's. If someone has a cut of a plant that is hemi'ing. I don't see why they keep it around. I'm hoping for the best with your OE and hope all goes well. I got about 100 seeds left over from the BB and i'm personally going to run them and give them a look. I guess it's back to the drawing board with these, because there is no way in Hell. I'm going to give up on this girl. I'll work the hell out of that Bitch for a Hemi free plant. Again, sorry for the problems. I guess there where some hiden genes just waiting to hemi. Glad to see the OE is looking really good and I'm also glad you found some nice smelling ones. She does smell really good and also taste really good. Take care and PM me anytime.

there keepin it, and passin it around prolly cause its great smoke, AND seems quite a few growers want the beans, i have been gettin PMs the whole time i been runnin these different thai lines, the bulk of the wants are "BGs Thai"

so that cuts out there cause of the demand bro, no other reason. peeps can put up with a few nanners for a great thai experience. especially if theres some choco taste happenin.

these OE are definitly reekin, prominant aromas. cant wait to toke off these for sure..

yeah cap, when ya been through all kinds of plants, you can tell if theres somethin good in a bunch. and id bet my harvest, that one of these two, if not both are gonna be a plant worth keepin.

outta the ten i started just the three females, 7 males, and im tellin ya im kickin myself i didnt at least keep a male or two. have 5 more beans, and when BG gets back in the swing, hopefully he goes further with this line.

bad part is i dont have cuts of either, so its gonna be a reveg, which i havent had alot of success with. i may just take cuts from the bottom small branches, and root um up, have had good success clonin flowerin branches, and reveggin them.

either way im feelin alot of anxiety not havin cuts, lol.

Well, i'm going to work this girl somemore and test her as much as possible. Glad to hear everyone is wanting her, but wish i could do something about it. Soon enough, i'll be back in wide open at the wheel. As i said before, i've got parents in three safe location and ready to get back to me. I also have some of the original seeds that the parents where found from. I'm going to grow the last of those out and give a good look at those. I'm also going to grow out the last of the Bangkok Betty seeds i made from the batch you got some from and see what is in those. Between the cuts and seeds. i should be able to get a really good look at these genes and see what and where i need to go. I'm thinking IBLing them more and trying to remove as much as the hemi's as possible. I know that could take years, but if i can just lower the numbers like you posted. It will be worth it for the smoke alone. Thanks again for the work and support. It means the world to me. I can't wait to see those OE's. From the pictures i've seen from others. She's top notch smoke for sure. Sorry, to hear you let the males go. Atleast you got the females to take late cuts from. Good luck and i'm pulling for you.

As for the future of Bangkok Betty and other crosses. They will go forward, but i will be keeping a very close eye on them and mahor testing will be done. Going to do my very best at reducing the Hemi's genes as much as possible. Oriental Express, will be at the top of the list. Once i grow out the seeds i have left and see what pheno's i have in the mix. I'll figure out what i want to do with her. I might leave that up to the member to make the choice, but will see. She's doing pretty well for a first cross hybrid. Seeds will be availible as soon as i get going. The time line i'm thinking is around Feb-March, but maybe soon on the OE. Since the mother is the TrainWreck cut. She tend to finish up around 56-60 days and male Thai pollen isn't long to collect, so i could have her out sooner, but i might just wait to have them all ready for everyone all at once. Will see what happens after the first testing of seeds. All four crosses will be back in full force. Everything is already waiting for my return.

Bangkok Betty (Thai Female x Thai Male)
Oriental Express (Trainwreck x Thai Male)
Godzuki (Female Green Giant's x Male Thai)
NY Thai (BG's NYCD Clone x Male Thai)

This cross was made and never told to anyone. It was a last minute cross before my bust. I had seeds in different location and seeds where never found. Never told anyone about this, because i forgot about them. I was worried about jail and then i totally remembered them. Should be a awesome cross.

For those wanting seeds. There will be plenty for all and i'll be sharing them with everyone i can. Just got to wait for my return and the return of a good auction site or one i can trust. Not to worry, i'll be around and will have seeds in the thousands. Seed production threads for everyone to follow also.

pulled some early buds off a few different plants that are gettin close. there still dryin, but wanted to show the frost on the OE bud compared to the father line.

this OE bud is off the airier Kamakazi plant.

Looking good there CBF. Just got home from work and came across the update. Boy, it sounds like you got a killer pheno there. Can't wait to grow ou the remaining seeds to see all the Pheno types. Can't wait to see and hear the rest of the OE.

here they are at 9wks, day before i cut um up:D really nice aromas, first pics are the frostier plant, like the wreck, has that grey/white look to it.

i tried that plant at 7 wks and had good pop back then. gonna be a good one.
