best way to combat nitrogen deficiency quickly?

i've got ny47 plant, about a month and a half into veg, and it's looking healthy, except it seems with new growth on top of the plants, the lower leaves are turning yellowish and dying, i know this is probably nitrogen deficiency, what is the best way to go about stopping this, preferably the quickest way?

new growth doesnt show nitrogen def first. it starts at the bottom and works its way up. the yellow leaves at the bottom. do they turn all the way yellow/dry out before falling off? new growth yellowing up is iron def is i remember correctly.

no the new growth on top isn't yellowing, just the bottom leaves, they turn yellow starting on the tips and moving towards the plant, and then dry up and die

Are those leaves getting any light? Is there good air flow in the area? How are you growing? There isn't a whole lot we can tell you with the limited info you have provided ...

if you believe it is a nitrogen Def give it something that has nitrogen in it. it is pretty easy to tell between nitrogen and iron Def. limited information = guessing. K.I.S.S

sounds like a dose of heatstress, lack of ventalation.

too much water in soil can contribute to a nitrogen def.

How long has this problem been going on? About 2-3 weeks
Are you growing in a PVC grow tent? (example: Hydrohut or any other non brand tents) No.
What system are you running? (DWC? Ebb flow? Aero? Water Farm? Flood Tables? and so on...)
What STRAIN are you growing? new york47, and moham ram
What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?) seed
What is the age of your plants? 1month 10 days
How long have they been in there mixture they are in now?(coco,soiless etc..) 1month 10 days
How tall are the plants? ny47=11 inches, ram=6-7 inches
What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? vegetative
What Technique are you using?
What substrate/medium are you using?(Hydroton, RockWool etc.)
What is the Water temperature?
What color are your roots? White? Brown? Are your roots slimy?
What Nutrient's are you using?(If growing soiless) technaflora products
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful
How often are you feeding? (If using soiless)
How often are you giving nutrients? (If using soiles
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? -
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect) like in example
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using?
What is the pH of the "Tank"? 6.0
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment? yes
When was your last watering? 12 hours from watering
What is your water temps?
When was your last feeding change? (ie. grow-bloom-micro-additional)
How often do you clean your system: example: Flush out water replace with clean water and nutrients? haven't cleaned it at this run yet.
What size bulb are you using? 400 watt
What is the distance to the canopy? 12 inches
What is your RH Factor(Relative Humidity)? no idea
What is the canopy temperature? 26 c
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include flucutaion range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? vent fan in growspace running all day,
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? oscilating
Is your water HARD or SOFT? dont know.
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Tap water
Are you using water from a water softener?- no
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched? No.
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When? No.
Are plant's infected with pest's? No.

the only thing i dont really know, could nighttime temperature be accounting for this problem? the room is vented pretty well, and i dont think i've been overwatering, but a couple nights i realized the temp might have been lower than i intended

keep the plants well vetalated and a fan on all the time that the lights are on.

it must be heatstress from what your saying.
