Best swamp cooler for sealed room

I'm planning on sealing up my room and was wondering which swamp cooler would be more efficient to use.Or is there a better choice to use,other than a swamp cooler to seal up a room in a dry climate.

Swamp coolers won't work in a sealed room- they depend on cooled air flowing in, getting warmed up & then flowing back out. I've had one on the house here in Denver for 20 years.

Refrigerated A/C is the only real answer. You can pipe the condensate from the evaporator back into a humidifier in the room to control RH & reduce water consumption.
