Hi, normally with my trim i like to make lots of bubble and occasionally some dry sift, like most i guess.
This time around i made some butter for cooking with, brownies and all things sweet could somebody tell me the best method of keeping them fresh as there is plenty of them.. Would they be fine left out in the open with a bit of foil covering them, of maybe the fridge, ideas anybody? i am also thinking a lunch box, air tight container type of thing. Dont want them been ruined by nasty spores.
