best setup for 150 watt closet

first picture is the young ak 47 plant in them small cups . the secound picture is this plant i have in the big 5 gallon pot . it looks stunted . im not sure . anyone know a better way to do transplant soil to hydro ? im trying to start some young plants and when they get bigger i want to transplant them to hydro bubbler system . biobucket setup . how many plants do you think i can fit in a closet thats painted all white in the inside with white tile floors and 4ft long 2.5 ft wide 6 ft high under 150 watts hps and 2 2foot floros you get at wallmart that are 20 watts

kinfolk, move that tiny little baby to a much smaller pot. It will take forever to fill that big ass pot with roots... Try soil before hydro if you are a new grower. If growing single cola style you could get as many plants as pots would fit in there. Then again, the more dirt, the more buds. So maybe a few well trained girls might do a better job.
