2medium eggs.
Zest of 2 oranges, minced.
1 ¼ cups of unbleached flour.
1 cup of half and half.
¾ cup of chocolate, chopped finely.
¾ cup of sour cream.
¾ cup of cake flour.
½ cup of cocoa powder.
¼ cup of brown sugar.
6 tablespoons of butter softened. ....... { SUB CANNA BUTTER }
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
1 tablespoon of finely ground coffee.
Pinch of salt.
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Sift together all of the dry ingredients.
Mix together the eggs, butter, half and half and sour cream until smooth.
Fold in the dry ingredients, orange zest and chopped chocolate, until just moistened.
1/3 cup sunflower oil .............{ SUB, BHO......}
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons minced dried figs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil a 12-cup muffin tin; set aside.
2. Place the oil, syrup, vanilla, juice, and marmalade into a blender or food processor and blend until thoroughly mixed, about 30 seconds.
3. In a separate large bowl mix the remaining ingredients, except the figs. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix gently to combine. Stir in the figs and mix just enough to distribute evenly through the batter.
4. Fill the muffin tins to the top. Bake until the muffin tops are just golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly in the pan before removing to a rack or plate to cool or to serve warm.

½ cup of peanut butter.
¼ cup of sugar.

3 teaspoons of baking powder.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Instructions:
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking power and salt.
Add the peanut butter and mix throroughly.
Combine the eggs and milk, then pour into the mixture.
Add the butter and stir until mixture is moistened.
Fill greased muffin pans about two-thirds full and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
