best portable a/c

Been searching around, reading mixed reviews. Looking for something around the 10,000 - 16,000 btu range. draining the excess water is
no problem. I'm looking for something with auto rerstart. peeps tend to hit power poles on the sauce, when it heats up around here. Anyone out there with exsperience with portables your opinion would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I read all of the threads, plus advice from the hydro shop guys and decided on a window unit instead of a portable.

But if I decided that a portable was the way to go I would get it from someone with an excellent return policy like Costco. You can return almost anything at almost anytime as long as you have all of the packaging and everything that came with it.

thing is The hardware stores around here don't have portables. If I linked A window unit up my neighbor would have a heart attack. Read reviews and sharp was up there, had A SHARP TV , AND IT SUCKED SHIT.. bACK WHEN OG WAS UP, SOMEONE Said delongi sucked, don't know if I spelled it right. anyway have no other option than going portable. anyone with experience would be much appreciated. thanks.
