Best months to avoid planting AFs outdoors?

I know that choppers go looking for plants around harvest, but what months do they actually go looking?

I figure if I avoid planting around those months my plants wont have a chance of getting spotting and planting in a wide open area with no people snooping during non chopper months would be fine.

This should probably be in outdoor section but it pertains to AF's.....

Any tips of when I should avoid having my plants in the ground to minimize the chance of them being seen?

Unless you have some huge patches of them growing outside its going to be hard to spot them since they are only going to get 1-2 feet tall compared to 6-9 feet tall of the regular 12/12 strains.

But I would think September would be the big month for outdoor harvests.

Its fact that here in the south, they start looking mid august and only stop once they find the 2 or 3 grows of 2-3,000 plants they are looking for. at least in my county.then they stop or at least slow down...plant in may and then u can harvest by mid july..have ur buds hangin when leo hits the air...good luck

I was planning on having multiple harvest going, what part of the south do you live in? I'm in NC

wow u really think im gunna share that?lol... noway, but u know how bad leo is where u are..so plant all u want but remember that during july and august, we will be getting little to no rain, so mulch ur holes well, unless u wanna water every 2-3 days.. good luck...

? Doesn't matter if you share what state you're in. If they actually wanted to get you they could track your IP address directly to your address. sharing the state you're in is nothing lol....

But yeah I water often/when I need to.

thats very correct X, if the police wanted to trace down anyone on these forums all they would have to do is run the ip's through a program and it would therefore pin point that exact location

Sorry i haven't read the early post them, where i live those fukers go hunt around september and october. Its the harvest period here. To avoid that i simply forced my outdoors grows.
Basycaly what i do is that i veg dem inside during january february, and flower them from may to july using a black horticol wrap....I never got no issues since i do that.

indeed brother that is the beauty of the auto flowering cannabis plant, they will flower under any amount of light even 24 hours throughout there whole life cycle (12 weeks max) no need for black wrap nomore bro

On all forums, moderators and administrators can see the ip from which each of your post comes from... If you're a moderator/admin, there's an ip address in the bottom left corner of everyones post..

Feds don't need to even be mods/admins, if they actually wanted to catch someone on here, which would be way to much work for them just to bust a 10-20 plant grow. They would have to go to ISP's and if it's a matter of crime, the ISP can give them all your browsing information, every packet thats gone through the ISP from your IP etc....

It's the internet, nothing you post on here is safe, unless you do it from a place that's not at your house..then again they could still track you there if they had security cameras at library or wherever.

Anything in a proxy still has to go through your ISP, all it does is when it gets to the destination place(this forum) the proxy's IP shows up.

The ISP still has the packets that went through if cops really wanted them.

Like you said yourself, you have to be a moderator to see the IPs of post/members. ICMAG can log and look at their activity and I would hope they're not being cracked into. If their was a tip or a rat then yes... Then they'd bypass fussing with forums and just directly monitor you. I also suggest the free software "peer guardian' for everybody.

Sry to bring up a old thread but there's no point in being sketched out about mentioning what state ur in. How many people live in ur state, what doest that narrow there search down to 15 million or so people at the least. Also u really think there gunna use all there resorces to track you down for ur 10 plant grow?!?!?, also dudes def. gotta point, theres some smart as computer geniouses working for the goverment and if they wanted to i bet they could easily track u down. The cops are not looking to stop all growers. What they are looking for is enough busts to justify their over inflated budget. They will pick the fruit from the lowest branches 1st. They will go for the stupid growers that give them self away and the big Columbian drug lords for publicity.
