Best flowering nutes...

What would you guys say are the best flowering nutes?? I was at the hydro shop today and the girl there was saying that Hygrozyme is the shit and people have had nothing but exceptional results, is this true?? Also she was saying the Bcuzz is really good stuff too. I have been using Foxfarms big bloom and have pretty good results, should I just stick with that or should I add more to it?? Whats do you guys say?? Thanks

Hyrozyme isn't a nutrient, it's an additive. When used in small amounts it makes for some healthy plants.

Bcuzz is very popular in europe but personally I dont know anyone using it here in the states. That really means nothing whatsoever though.

It's fun trying out new nutes and additives but be ready to deal with different results. When trying new stuff I always keep a few plants running what I know just to be safe.

There's so much out there: GH, Foxfarm, AN, Canna, bigfoot, botanicare, biobizz, dutchmasters, ect. ect. You will find fans of every single one. The fun part is finding what works best for you.

Is the hygrozyme worth the 40 dollars though?? or can I get something else that does the same thing for cheaper?? Thanks

Are you using Big Bloom by itself? Be careful because that has next to no Nitrogen in it. I used it more as an additive now than my main Flowering Nute. I use Pure Blend Bloom, so far it's working great. :joint:

Yea I've got the FF Big Bloom too and I think my plants are suffering from multiple nute deficiencies, one of which I can tell right off the bat is N. Any ideas on organic additives that can help boost the Big Bloom (.01-.3-.7)? I thought plants didn't like alot of N during flower. I have new growth thats very very light green almost flourecent green. The girls aren't real happy with it.

I don't wanna go out and buy more stuff, I have a gallon each of FF Big Bloom and Grow Big and it cost me too pretty a penny to just throw it all out.

Few facts. It's my first grow. Using bagseed in soil ( dunno if that makes a difference). Trying to keep it as organic as I can. I have 3 girls so far out of six plants. Been feeding them Grow Big during veg, they seemed ok. Had a lil trubble dialing in with tha nutes, but I seem to have gotten them outta tha veg cycle ok.

Switched to 12/12 last Sat. and gave the first feeding of the Big Bloom. The last feeding of the Grow Big was the previous Wednesday( 9/7/05). The recommended first feeding of BB( 100% organic, dunno if that makes a difference) is 1/2 cup per gallon of water I fed 1/4 cup, just to be on the safe side, especially with the nute trubble I had with the Grow Big.

Not sure what's going on with them, but I don't have to have multiple grows under my belt to know they just aint happy. Maybe the first feeding was too weak?

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. K+ to all of yall and yer grows. :)

Happy tokin!

peace

Hey budhownd just remember this with any of the foods that you use It is very very hard to starve your plants but its always to easy to overfeed. Go buy a soil water meter so you will know when they want the juice.

Flora Nova bloom will provide one with good to excellent results, I love this product but I hate the price. It's probably worth every penny though. :)
Wishing you much future gardening success and happy growing.
