Best environmental controller out there?

Can't decide on a unit. I need temp, humidity and CO2 and to be reliable without breaking the bank. if it can dial in and hold 1200-1500ppm and disable CO2 during night or while fans are on. What units have ya'll tried and been happy with?

cheap and works. ppm co2, build in cycle timers, controls fans ect.

I have the lighting controls covered so I would be looking for strictly environmental. also a system that does not require a separate co2 ppm reader
