do a search, as there are a ton of threads that cover this...but, i have two lumatek digi 600's and they rock! However, thats just my anecdotal evidence.

absolute garbage, I had 2 of 3 crap out on me right in the middle of harvs. Id never ever wish one on my worst enemy even. I love my galaxy digi's. I have one 400 mh and three 600s.

The only good one is the G.E. Ultramax. It is the only one that will run a CMH. Since all other bulbs are crap, any ballast that will only run them is crap!

i'm running dig greenhouse 1000's , hell of a deal , half the price of the others , and 3 times the war. thier 600's are half as much as the others also and twice the war, place that sales them i dealt with for few times , thier service is grade A, had a 1000 bulb burn out a month before war. was up , wasnt no problem bulb at my door within two days , just sent old one back to them after new one was here ,

can you pull 2.3 lbs dry from one cmh?

No, but what you can do is match the 400w hortilux production with 400w cmh and get a much better product and grow. There is much more to this than dry weight. I once pulled 2.5lbs off of 2x400w hortilux and the buds were not the same as the 2lb grow or two I had later on with 2x400w cmh. To each his own. I prefer higher quality growth/buds.
