We are really fond of LSD and Juliet and want to make seeds of each also while expanding the garden a little.

Id say that in seed form, strawberry diesel is your best bet, either that or the old standby sour diesel. Best of luck with whatever you choose

WOW! Just now saw the SD seed release thread, people go nuts for the SD. People are sitting by their comps. for hours waiting to bid, peeps even doing some auto refresh thing (which didn't work btw). Judging by this reaction I'd say Strawberry D is the Deisel to get. Good luck getting any though. Sold out in 15 min.!!! Rez must be doing something right to cause this much of a stir! Congrats to all who got the Strawberry D!

Go for Reservoir's IBL, can't really go wrong there

The Strawberry Diesel's just limited that's why the rush was so big.

Rez Sour D ibl is the only choice if making a cross. When making seeds starting with an ibl is the only way to go.. Oh almost forgot Rez's SourD is the tastiest strain I have ever had.. fantastic

I've grown SS ak47 and sdv3 and ak isnt in the same ballpark as SD. not in the same league, imo.


if what you read is that you have to search hard or get lucky for a keeper pheno(got a link to where yo read this? cause I'd imagine it could have been human error that caused quality concerns) then keep reading

out of 7 sdv3 beans, I had NO males and only 1 pheno was not deemed keeper (very potent, but more nycd characteristics, we wanted that sourness)

ive never grown the strawberry, germing my "IBL"s now.. but thing about strawberry is I see a lot of bananas in pics and have heard too many hermie reports for it to be attractive.. rather just hit KK's SC with "ibl" pollen if the ibl turns out any good.

What's the yield on Rez's SD IBL. Is it good enough to keep all by itself, mums and clones, or is it best to cross it w/ something else for bigger yields. I really have no interest in breeding my own seeds right now. Just want to have some Diesel for myself, my lady and some friends, we have never smoked any of it. I don't have a huge space for growing so I'm hoping yields are respectable. What do you think?

I have ak47 and I have BOG's LSD and JLP's Juliet (NYCD X C99)
the Ak stays in the jar when there's a choice. Only reason I keep the AK is it's done 3 weeks sooner and still better than anybody elses, but those 2 NYCD crosses have taken over space for Kali Mist, Mister Bubble, B-52, Northern Lights, Durban and a few others. I couldn't hardly give the other stuff away.

Both are too potent for some; if you think your going to smoke all night. Won't happen Seriously.

LSD isn't what I call high yeilding and Juliet is much worse - she is one stretched bitch with internodes 3 and 4 times longer than anything else I have grown indoors. If the buds wern't connisure grade - I wouldn't keep it. That's why if I gotta start some seeds, and deal with males again,,, might as well let them mix it up

BOG's LSD strain is Lifesaver x Diesel. Lifesaver is one of his own creations that is highly regarded by many BOG fans, but I'm not sure which Diesel he crossed with because "LSD" indicates a cross with Sour Diesel, but in my notes I've got it written down as Lifesaver x NYCD. Either way it's crossed with a Diesel

so somebody must have a rough idea besides "a bit longer" about how long REZ's SD IBL takes outdoors. Having never grown it and just by the genetics, at my lat (around 40N) id think late october-mid november, but i could be really really wrong on that. Anybody with experience growing this outdoors? If so, can you include the approx latitude with the finish time? Im not sure if i feel safe growing in my environment indoors with a strain as reportedly stinky as that so outdoor flowering may be my only real option. Im really debating dropping the $160 on 10 seeds..............I almost feel like its a waste, but I know they're so high quality it wouldn't be. I think if I did grow outdoors i would have to either do a seed run first or put out clones, because at $16 a seed thats damn expensive when a deer nips one or two

btw the person who asked about the yield of the Sour Diesel IBL - it's very good. I've only grown her once, vegged for about 4 weeks then flowered for what felt like forever - I didnt time it, but it was about 9-12 weeks. I just used 1 x 600w HPS, the result from the one plant was 6.2oz dry bud - my biggest yield yet from one plant (but longest flowering time also!)
