Where is the best location to legally grow medical marijuana under prop 215? I need a city that allows up to 99 plants, and has no restrictions on indoor or outdoor cultivation. I also would like any tips on local law if anyone has information. I'm not looking to get in trouble, just looking to move to a place with flexible marijuana laws. Currently living in Chicago, please help.

You're gonna want to be I the boonies not in a city. If you need city living forget outdoor. If you want privacy for a large indoor you need acreage still. What's your property budget? Forget finding a rental.
