Best Cannabis Stocks and Shares???

hay guys..ive been buying litecoin for a few weeks now and I just made good money when it surged over $50 ..

so I was reading... and apparently.. according to some people I know..I should really be trying to use my connections in the weed industry to figure out what company's are hot right now and who is going to float soon..who has the best setup for making it big in the future...

any thoughts???

has it ever occurred to any of us that our community here on the net...with all us oldtime weed growers here on icmag...we could potentially set up a hedge fund...

any thoughts?

can anyone predict what the financial structure is going to look like when Canada goes fully legal..im guessing some smaller weed firms will get a boost to share prices..

any ideas who's buying who and who's about to float and bloat..whos worth dip buying and when it's all about to go down

Many Canadian stocks have had a huge boost already last 12 months or so. Most are off 30-50% from the tops they reached. Buying opportunity? Who knows, not me that's for sure.

This is my guess...

Big tobacco will take over. They have damn near everything needed to produce an they already have a huge distribution infrastructure. Convenience will trump quality. Just my guess.

Didn't see that you said Canada, what I wrote is based on US.

I don't think the winners of pot stocks are going to be based around genetics. It's far more profitable and provides a consistent end product to just process whole plants for extracts and put out artificial flavored pens. I don't think anyone is going to be in a place to compete with big pharma or tobacco, they already have such economies of scale in place it would be impossible. Sometime in the future I think there will be a "craft beer" type situation where people want quality unique products, but it's the bud lite 80s right now.

I try and keep an eye on gw pharma, they took a good hit recently so might be a buying opportunity. I like gw as it is one of the few cannabis stocks that isn't a penny and has sufficient market cap and trading volume to get in and out of quickly.

Edit: gonna point out that's what I think will happen, not that I am happy about it.
