I've been offered the chance to study for a year in the berkley college... I will have a small room apartment just for me...

I was wondering: how is the weed scene over there? Is cool to smoke?

Or i should get a med card ASAP?

bay area is very tolerant... especially Berkeley. get your card though too so you can grow without worry
