Beginner seeds

A description of BOG's Bogbubble: BOGBubble was crossed with Northern Lights #5. A hardy vegger that is easy to grow. This strain resists mold and has almost no odor. New growers will find this incredibly easy to grow. Flowers in 44 - 48 days.

Personally I've never grown the strain out, but I was seriously looking at it. Another idea is just to grab some cheap, fast flowering strains. If they are cheap and you make a mistake and end up killing your plants, hopefully you learned something and it didn't actually cost much except for time. I say go for fast flowering strains so there's less time to screw things up when the plants are usually most delicate, i.e. during flower. Imagine trying to grow a 12+ week strain just to screw it up at the end! I'm sure some people will chime in with some actual strain names for you to check out.

Good advice from hippydan.
I'd look at Nirvana Seeds (available from Seed Boutique, for example).
You haven't said whether you prefer a stone or a high effect.

Get standard seeds unless you are restricted to just a couple of plants. If you bought fem seeds and they hermied, there would be the question of, is it the genetics or the environment (or both)?

If you are in the mood to spend more money, I'd recommend (from the reports) Dutchgrown's Sweetest Cindy 99.

if you never grown before i suggest you just buy the cheapest seeds around or just get some bagseeds. no point in wasting money on seed if you dont know what you're doing. its just a plant and shouldnt take any brains to grow it but you would be surprised at how few people can do something as simple as germinate a seed.

I was going to say any weed you like to smoke but, after some thought, I have to agree with stihgnobevoli; A bagseed grow or two to figure stuff out is a good idea.

Definitely check out the micro grow sub-forum, as gangasuiteseat suggested. A lot of people are using CFL's to great effect these days.

I grew out some shitty bagseed two times a few years ago and just decided to pick up growing again. I just finished my first grow since i've been back. I used bagseeds but from bags of topshelf herb and got really lucky. Out of 4 plants 3 were female. One is very similar to trainwreck, one is a coffee/fuel smelling kush and another is a skunky lemon plant.

I got 2.5oz off these 3 plants using 260w of CFLs(2 x 44w, 8 x 23w). LST helps to create an even canopy. I'm gonna make the trainwreck a mother after re-veg and I have 7 new bagseed plants that are 3 weeks into veg. After this grow i'm going to finish up my flowering cab w/ 250w hps and buy some top rate seeds since i'm now confident in my growing skills. Good luck.

CFL will def work and produce some nice looking buds too. You just won't yield as much as you would with an HPS. Get some cool cfls for veg and some warm cfls for flowering. the bigger the wattage of the bulb the better.
