Beginner at SCROGing, two questions.

Hey folks,

I'm in Week Three of flowering now. I've using orange plastic fencing for my SCROG net and it's working great. A couple questions...

Do I keep tucking branches even with buds on them? My plants are exploding in growth, especially using Liquid Light. So I keep tucking the branches back under the net even if they're developing big buds?

Isn't the plant burning energy on dealing with the net and growing back up after each tuck instead of bud production?

I like it so far, acts as a great support for the plant. But these two questions have been on my mind.

Let them burst through. You don't need to tuck them under any longer, unless it's a very stretchy haze your growing.
