Durban X Skunk from the folks at Seeds Botique. 10 beans, 6 sprouted, 2 male, 1 female broke during a training escapade gone bad. These three are the winners. Little overnitrified, flushed 10 days ago. Packing on the buds. Day 30 of flower. Also a LSD lady at 20 days flower. Seems to have stopped in her tracks...

actually, 3 vulutpuous ladies there. In hind sight, should have trimmed up. But it's fun to see them go wild. Might be able to do a staged harvest and even reveg for another round.

two males sitting round somewheres else. probably snuff em but there is a debate on crossing the durban x skunk dust with lsd lady. just watchin the show. :lurk: figured to show the beans spread at the 420 cup...

another batch went out to outside location with another operator. being crossed with a local strain.

I'm glad to see this thread Lurkocious, I sometimes wonder how those seeds turn out. Those look like some killer freebies from Gypsy. Now I might have to germ mine. Keep up the show to convince me.

can you buy those durban poison x skunk #1 seeds? I got a ton of them as freebies from my different orders, but I want to buy some as well. The seeds I got had very poor germ rates, but the 1 plant I did get, the smoke was very nice.

Smokey, it's worth it my man. sprout em or give em to your friends before the outdoor season is over...

34 and 24 days - durbans packin it on. smellin rather nice. still showin overnitrogen. Trimmed out some leaves to get light to lowers. need to get some pics with yellow sodium bulb off. LSD lady is 24d in. grew 6 inches in 4 days. showing baby buds.

a turn for the worse on the durbans. or has it been coming and they were just plain messed up from too much nitrogen. they were pakin on nice. in 13 days they have become sickly. they are clues there in the previous shots. yellow dots growing in number all the way up the fans of the worst one. two are not showing as bad, but the fans are wrinkled, sickly, yellow and dotted rust colored and black. don't see signs of insects anywhere, but this is a possiblity as well. while lurks surely hopes this is not the case.

limited trich production. bud developement has severely slowed. perhaps the bulb is weak. it has several hours on it these days. exactly how many is unknown, but a new bulb is in order. regardless, they have been over ferted and it hurts the ego. very disappointed. not sure how to save them.

but the lsd lady is looking proper. little bit of leaf dots, but not to the extent of the durbans. suffice it to say, the lurks is sad. at 47 days on the durbs, will let them go to 60 then chop em and note the mistakes not be made again.

hopefully the lsd lady will catch up and be sure satisfy as the bog genetics always have. even with lurks fuckin up the punch. maybe start a sick plants thread and ask there just what may be done. pics to follow. word of advice, do not use too much n in veg state. royally screws the show...

no smoke in sight to calm the mind. just have to wait it out . :confused: *sniffles*

she's pushin day 37, buds should start packin soon.


that's a blemish on her, possibly a sign of everfert as well or some water got on there and burned her... still strong though

as said, not pretty, normal yellowing from bottom up in later flowering, not as dens buds (could be the tired 430w bulb), but dot's and splotches - bad lookin leaves on one



buds don't look to bad on this one, there is another cola with possibly the largest bud density and size lurks has yet produced. but again, the leaves off her look really bad...

as said, we'll sit it out a week or two more and just chalk it up to experience... might start a sick plants thread and see what kind of options there are. it's feared there are only two, chop em and put them out of misery or ride it out and hope some smoke my just be usable...

it's a hard nock life... come on lsd lady and make it all worth it...

just realized lurks math is off a day or three. but it's negligible. and lurks don't keep records becuase, well, paranoia... would love to just grow bud full time.

Oh yea, and thanks BM. Surely the bog genetics will rock. Had a batch of bogbubbles last time round. Finished the last bit right before we left for the cup in the dam. Been wantin to send up a LSD for a while. It surely will rock like no other. Just hope I didn't waste my time with the durbans. It didn't seem that way at first, but it's not coming out the way lurks hoped. could be worse though. Who knows, maybe it will turn out just fine. The premature samples are very heady... not much stone to them. The durban side that is. The lsd will have a long an complet flowering experience...

Trimmed some durbXskunk... samples decent. Still heady. but a little daze is also there. even though they locked out around day 54. Looking forward to tryin these at 62. It's gonna stay in soil til 70 and then drop it. Trich have increased. Wich is good. LSD lady is comin very well. Update soon. :lurk:

pulled em around day 68... locked up so yeild was effected. seems that quality will be nice though. dried samples leave a half heady/half couch stone.


the durban x skunk 1 freebies were a nice grow. not so great germ rates... 50% m/f ratio... but the three winner females are nice plants that would have turned out even better if they had been tended to better.

still need to update on the bog lsd. she looks great...

Feel free to pick your favorite ten from this curin batch process here. To report of the smoke would be to talk about a quality stone. A bit more heady and fast but with a decent rock your head with after a full joint. Not spectacular but by no means is lacking. Quality would be better if there were better finishing conditions. Still a great smoke and great time. Morning, evening or night...

been away a few days and she nearly fell over with weight, so we dropped er. Heres the sample above. WOWEE.... !1!



Took one puff from the piece and saw that in my loupe. Then my focus came back.


Most of the buds have much more trich pack than this shows, but its the clearest macro she got. not bad...



Eh, have a look to another. If it helps. Really was tryin for some good shots.




Decently sized woman here. Very happy with her.

Okay to cure the lsd and have a little fun. What to do next? ponder that over a bowl...
