whats up guy's?thought i would show off the grow and tell you a little bit about my setup.im rurring a 2x2x4 cab in my closet with 250mh with a diy hood,also im running a panasonic whisper 240cfm inline fan with a diy carbon scruber that exits out throu the floor.this is my third grow in this box,just growing some bag seed that was the shit and i just wanted to say i can't be any more happier with it.thanks to the guy's that did all the diy threads and the others that put usefull info on this site, so stay tuned and watch.

Looks good what kind of temperature do you average in the box? What is the temperature usually like outside the box?

whats up totaln00b,thanks for stoping by.. my temps outside the box average around 75f to 77f and with the amount of cfm im pulling in there with the panasonic,my cab never get's above 80f.also i have a fan blowing in my closet that cools the air a little more before it hits the cab.if any body has something to say im open to suggestions and criticism.stay tuned.

well its been a while since my last update so i thought i would post some pics of the youngins.they havent been feeling their self here lately,between being rootbound and me working all the time i have been neglecting my girls.i know im a bad farther but im just to tired to do a damn thing when i get home.i got off early last night so i decided to repot them and give the some space to breath.they look like crap right now but hopefully they will bounce back.i think once i see some new growth im going to be flipping the lights soon and doing some killing.

As freezer said, NICE DIY hood man, I couldnt make that for shit. They really have started growing....any chance you can get an HPS in there for flower?

Hey beachboy, that's a sweet little cab you got going there!

How quiet is that panasonic whisper? I was looking into getting one of those box type fans because I've heard they're pretty quiet. Do you run it full speed? Does the panasonic come with any type of insulation for noise dampening?

300:i have not started it yet cus i was wanting to get a hps conversion bulb first but i was thinking about starting tomorrow with the mh for now.

icough2getoff:i run that panasonic at full speed when the lights turn on.also when i purchased it and got it home,i took it a part and noticed that the inside was lined with some type of dynamat looking materal if i remember correctly but over all the fan is pretty quiet.
