i can confirm this... not many people call me a liar...
Never doubted for a moment when I heard of your seal of approval...

All about dialage......right Poopy ?......and yeah AM....Shafto`s setup was awesome as well.......I was throwin Getto`s thread out there as being most recent......and as always.....

Respect to Ranger Rick and all who bust the gpw`s in the ass.........Sky`s the limit with runs under yer belt......and......bare bulbs hangin.....or flat grows with waaaay increased numbers.......

Peace.....DHF.....:ying:......

ya, that gettogro thread is nuts, like 6 plants and 8 x 1kw and 8 x 6oow rdwc.
insane

just finished a 66 ounce grow with 1600 watts. you do the math, comes out at 2.6 pounds per 1k. Not all were heavy yielders.

Genetics and Plant Numbers ...also are you willing to go 10 weeks instead of 8....

Massive SOG....chunky Single Cola Buds.... 5-10 per squarefoot... You can hit crazy numbers

You get nice primo Tops...Zero Larf.... People who yield alot with whack genetics never mention how much larf they pull...they just add it in to the total yield

This guy knows what hes talking about, also I will add to that that using the same amount of total watts, but in 600w bulbs form, helps alot.

High yielding strain, high plant numbers, PERFECT HABITAT (plant specific) from clone to chop, in HYDRO of coarse, with a dialled in feeding regime, with PROPER nutrient like Canna, +using the right bulbs and spreading said light effeciently and 3lb per 1000w 1.4gpw ish, isnt a myth anymore, no doubt the vert guys can take that up to 1.8gpw or 4lb per 1000w although I am not a vert guy so I cant vouch for that, but setting up a vert, and employing my own growing techniques I do not doubt I would hit somewhere around there!

The true sense of yield factors in time.

Without compromising quality, Speed is king when we discuss yield.

Consistent 2lb per 1k per 64 days (8 weeks) on a massive scale perpetually is very reasonable and easily attainable with old fashioned hard work.

If you veg for 6 weeks from the moment you see roots, and bloom for 10, and claim to hit 3lbs per 1k, someone else would have harvested 4lbs given the same space, light and time.

Focus on the basics. Proper control of temps and humidity, co2. Buy the proper equipment.

Trimming at proper intervals and timed correctly. Over pruning too often just makes things worse. Let all the buds see light but for the most part its better to let it take off and leave it alone.

Usage of space efficiency. This means moving plants further apart when the crop needs it. More importantly closer together at the appropriate time. Took years to fully understand this.

Learning through experience how much to water, and having the flexibility to compensate which plants draw more before the next batch watering.

Being pro-active to pests, mold, mildew and deficiencies rather than re-active but this all comes with experience.

Don't be fooled into thinking that vert guys are pulling there ridiculous numbers tho a few have like HEATH but the average vert grower is struggling just like the rest.... i would like to see 1.8 gram vert grow or 4 lb 1 k like you mention ?????
and being honest with the right strain and like above posts mention dialing your room c02 etc and being experienced it is possible but can guarantee you it won;t be consistent a fluke run maybe
being very truthful i ran 76 plant sog 2 k Afganistan kush vegged 5 weeks flowered 76 days (10 weeks) to achieve 5.5 pounds
in total of 111 days to achieve this.....
Was this a good way to grow not in my books to god dam long so off to hy bred strain that is faster grower ending up with a extra grow per year
sogs your only really harvesting half of each plant so lots of waste
i turned to less plant counts same veg times scrog styles and blew that 5.5 pounds away with training techniques and more plant control with savings of overall food costs and power consumption, and harvesting more of the plant
bottom line to get 2 pounds to 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 pounds off 1 k you done unbelievable
i can honestly say 1130 - 1180 dry grams per 1k consistent:tiphat:
There is to many growers trying to keep up with the jones on here so they manipulate there yields so to not look like a failures.

You're definitely in the 70%.

Do you just come in and shit on everybody's technique that doesnt match yours? Fortunately, when you came to where my journals are kept and tried to shit on a VERY experienced grower, you got your ass handed to you and mods promptly deleted all those posts. But hey, I have them saved for you in my email notifications if you'd like to see them sometime.

Some folks never learn Bro.....but it`s all good......

Some folks are a legend in their own mind........just ask em....they`ll tell yas....."yawn".......this thread needsta die......Just another grandstand platform for some folks tried and true only production equation being the way , the truth , and the light.......NOT.......

3.4 lb/k across 6 lights, Blue Dream, RDWC, CO2

these were some trees, about 5 feet tall

EShred....Gotta step up and show respect for a dialed "monocropped" air-cooled horizontal reflector setup even at 50 days.....but......

Gotta ask about 5' plants that close together in a 4' pattern/footprint under 6 lights length and X amount of distance above the plants to prevent light bleaching/heat scorching that 1 KW`s are so notorious for even in air-cooled reflectors......and the reason I ask is.......

Horizontal 1000 watt bulb "reflected" lumens ESPECIALLY in glass enclosed hoods won`t penetrate anywhere NEAR the bottoms of a 5' plant without the bottom 2-3' bein lollipopped/GONE IME cuz the reflector`s at LEAST 12-18" above the canopy by lookin at the pics.....but....

Those are some awesome pics Bro , and I see the step ladder kinda sorta showin plant size in relation although container size off the floor hasta be considered as well..... , but period.....Flat grow 1000 watt reflectors only penetrate max 36 maybe 40" depending on plant mass density , and that 36-40" starts at reflector glass level....

Not sayin yas can`t grow popcorn beneath that for hash , but ......I`m just sayin.....

54.4 ozs per light in that pic seems iffy IME but I`ve been wrong before.....but not much......and again.......

Awesome monocropped shot.......again...... Respect.....

some long legs on those ladies, pruned up proper... canopy 5' wide... grown in UnderCurrent 8 gallon buckets, so plants sit a bit over a foot off the ground... that pic is a line of 4 lights, with four more to the left (2 of which had OG Sin under 'em)... I try to keep my lights about 16" above top colas.

I knew I'd get some doubters, but thought I'd throw up my shots anyway. Thanks for the love fellas

Not a doubter Bro......Was showin respect for the monocropped dialed canopy.....but.....

Guaranteed I know how deep reflected ight will penetrate down to for decent nuggage from 16" above the canopy with a "5" ft wide footprint and even 4' deep with the reflectors "inline" instead of perpendicular to said 5' plant canopy width......regardless.....

Thanks for the pics ......

Thanks for posting pics here Eshred! One of the best canopies I've ever seen. If anyone's getting 3, this would be it. It'll come down to the density. I just hate those 2 liter sized buds that are light and fluffy.
