BDSSH after 70 day and nights..

Here's my 1st tester plant of BDSSH. She used to have 4 main colas, but i took one at about 65 as she was showing a fair bit of amber, altho still putting on pistils and weight.

Like they say, sweet cookie-dough with some hazyness to her. Definately leaning to the nl/sk side of the equation.

Frankly, i'm not impressed with the yeild, as i've heard she's a high yeilder.. but i think I screwed her up a bit in early flower by underfeeding her a bit. Next time i'll get her to do much better. doesn't really matter tho, still plenty of bud to test her out well and see if she's a keeper. from smoking the 65 day stuff today I'd have to say yes. I'd say she has some similarities in flavor/high to KKSC and Afgooey.. I can already tell i like her more than KKSC, but i'll have to wait for BDSSH to cure before i know if it's betta than afgooey overall.

It's got buckets of bag appeal, and is a very beautiful plant.

Nice plant! Quality always comes before quantity I say. Doesn't look like your yield will be too low anyways!

Yes, they are nice buds for sure, but like u say, i know she can put out some mad ones.. that's all i really meant by being disapointed, it's not the cutz fault, it's definately something i did.. She seamed to really stall out in early flower, taking crazy amount of time to put on flowers.. I'm not sure if it was from the cold snap or from underfeeding or both..

The quality of the product (density, resin production, taste/potency) is still tops, and I'm happy with it, jus kinda at the thin colas.. SHe's a tried and true yeilder, she's proven herself.

No big, like u say, next run will be alot dif.

Beancounter, I'm sure you'll be a lot happier with your second run...but i must say those SSH are beauts in your enviornment nice job. These BD SSH's are at about 50-55 days flower.

thanks for those pics NC, looks great, how long you run her for? frankly i think she shoulda finished a lil earlier for me, again, i think she was a lil stunted..

I can defiantely see they're the same clone.. I think she may do better flowered out as a more substantial plant, with more veg.. this thing was tiny entering flower..

Oh kinda off topic but i just got some oldschool afghan landrace beans from a neighbor of mine gonna pop them and see what i gets if there is anything nice I'll fill u in(noticed your sig). Beancounter I think I took that lady down @ around 65-67 days. Its been a while since that run. Anyways peace and stay green.

I'll defintely thro up some dry shots in a couple days.. just sweating in a jar right now..

I jus puffed a joint, well dried with 2-3 days cure and it was quite good.. suprisingly, I tasted some sourness to her, something like ECSD without the skunkyness. And still after 1/2 hr she's left some nice taste in my mouth, and gotten me quite baked indeed.

Even tho the yeild isn't very great, the quality of the bud is still excellent. I'd say she's top 10, probly at about 8-10 so far. Definately staying around for another run.
