I've read M-39. Or maybe that was from the early 2000's when I experienced it. It was harvested early and barely dried. An 8th looks like a gram. Tastes like shit. Harsh on the throat. Overpriced. Beasters. I do not miss you.

Why in the world would you want that crap. In the early 00’s that stuff flooded my area and wholesale was so cheap that it killed out all the good weed and the dealers would still demand “hydro” prices for it.
Thankfully the ring that was responsible for bringing that crap into my area got caught and every one of them got hefty prison time.
Don’t get me wrong I don’t think anyone should go to prison for weed, but that crap is not what I would consider weed. Regs were just as potent as that garbage and it was always so wet you would get the same amount of smokable material even after removing all the seeds and stems.
If your point is to find it to run the same scam, please don’t. The last thing anyone needs is a market flooded with crap herb that pumped full of chemicals and growth hormones and regulators.
Beasters is something that needed to be killed and never needs to return.
But if your dead set of doing it for your own stash, pick any indica dominant strain, pump as much paclo into it as you can without killing it and then dry it way too fast and then rehydrate it till it’s way too wet and there you have it, bc bud aka beasters.
