i posted in already in the medical marijuana forum, but i think this is also suitable, since its the growing forum, if this is improper...please delete and i apologize i just want everyone to know what happened, so they know to be extra carefuly, especially this time of year very popular for vending...

today around 4pm today i walked out of a dispensary located at 4811 Geary Blvd, in San Francisco as i walked out i walked about 1/2 a block back to my car, as i was walking up to my car, an african american about 6'5 rushed me and slammed me into my car, telling me he was going to shoot me, i had a soccer bag that he grabbed and i decided i wasnt letting go of it...i was punched in my mouth, the face, the nose, all about 5 times, and refused to let go...finally a strap ripped on the bag and he had a better hold and took off...i chased him to his "getaway" car where he had a driver waiting for him..he yelled at the driver to shoot me, i jumped half way into the car and held on to the guys belt...the car took off and i was being dragged with the passenger door open, we were doing about 50mph while i was skidding across the concrete holding on to that fuckers belt...after approx 500ft i heard him yell "just fucking shoot him" so i let go and skidded and rolled and flipped flopped some more...all this time there were atleast 15 people watching...not one person called the police....they tried to rush me to the hospital...most my skin on both my legs, arms, chest, stomach, and even back and hips had been ripped off...while bleeding like crazy from nose and mouth..but i refused hospital service....

guys...be careful...please...it was very stupid of me to chase them like i did, and i'm not even really sure why i did(though i have alot of value on me) they had to been tipped or something, cause i walked into the club and walked right back out cause their buyer wasnt there (which is weird cause i had just called and they said come in...) so just a reality check and hoping someone to make sure to keep an extra eye out while vendoring their products...be carefuly guys...


EDIT: i forgot to mention when chasing him, he somehow dropped his keys and HIS CELL PHONE, so i was able to hand that over to the police, unfortanately i assume it was a PRE PAID phone, which would mean its untracebale through boost mobile if he planned it that way....

not only did i get punched 5 times (nose, teeth, mouth, forehead, back of head) i also hit my head on the concrete...i'm still very dizzy..been throwing up, my pupils are completely dialited...easlier today i couldnt remember anything that happened 1 minute ago...but thats gone away...not i just cant move..my body/muscles are so tight, and besides alot of my skin missing on my body...i think i'll be good enough for turkey day to sit at the table

i refused a ride, and had to sign a refusal thing...they kept telling me i needed to go...i dont have health insurance...and its nothing i couldnt really fix at home...with a bunch of gauze and hydro perox....just really REALLY bad road rash and beat up face...i do believe i have a concusion since my eyes are so dialited and i've been extremely tired(but thats going away) i posted this also in the medical marijuana forum(i want anywhere where vendors may read to read this) and unfortunately they feel that i'm making this all up...

Hey man i hope your feeling a little better, thats really shitty that you got set up like that, i had a similar setup try and go down on me. just make sure that you have someone taking good care of you because if you have a really bad cuncussion you can fall asleep and never wake up again...... ive gotten jumped before and that shit sucks, it just makes you feel violated, and i understand that you just wanted to drag that bitch out of the car and stab him until his family had to have a closed casket, but in time you will feel better. srry to hear this dang maybe next time have a good partener waiting outside the shop for ya packing to prevent this kind of thing in the future. i know i know packing but hey the reality of the world is as it is you need to protect your investment or possibly face what just happened. or even worse then again there's allways a trained dog that would be a deterent, i mean face reality your bringing few lbs of kind with a street value of he he shall we say 120 1/4 oz give's approx 5,800$ every lb taken by the would be robber. thats why you was robbed and yes dose sound like some sort of setup to me, again i'm very srry to hear of this

Well it sounds like you got setup. And carrying a soccer bag in and out of a dispensary makes it obvious you got a big soccer bag full of weed.

Don't be so naive
Watch your surroundings more closely
Buy a guard dog
Don't tote around big bags of weed on your shoulder in public

Carry some pepper spray and dont hesitate to use it. I carry one. Was thinking about buying a tazer tho. About 100$. I live in SoCal and lets just say the clubs i frequent arent in the best of neighborhoods. Now im no wimp by no means. I used to box as a teenager but Id get much more satisfaction out of tazering and pepperspraying someone trying to rob me and then when there on the floor choking and blinded, u kick the shit outa him. Fuck the cops. I prefer my own justice.

TaToR-ToDD - i hope your all better man... some shit like that happened to me where i almost lost my life... 2 guys decided to rob me a knife point... i fought back but only to get my neck cut open and almost losing all my fingers from trying to get the knife out of my neck... the best thing to do is to let them take whatever they want... its not worth it... take care

I had a gun put to my head a couple weeks ago - some of you might remember my thread. It was over pot also. It's easy to see why growers are such targets. Why rob a bank when you can rob a dealer or grower and get more money, with way less chance of getting caught. Hell, the robbers know you can't call the cops. How much easier can it get.

The best suggestion I can make is be smart, carry protection, always be cautious of your surroundings, keep secrets and don't let repetition cause you to be less aware. When we live this life style for so long and do the same routine day after day dangers seem to dissolve and we become nieve to the world around us. I remember when carrying an ounce in my car use to creep the crap out of me. Every car behind me I thought was following me. Now I carry pounds and I don't even think twice about it. Sometimes I stupidly place the bag in the front seat when I know damb well it should be in the trunk. Things like precautionary measures seem to become trivial.

I hope you are feeling better and take this as a wake up call. It could have been much worse.

Does anybody else think it is likely a dispensiry worker who set you up? If its a repeat delivery the employee knows what you look like and likely the wieght you would carry, they say 'come on in' and then callup two buddies, and then send you back to the street after the guys have had a chance to case your car and plan a point of attack.

If somebody was staking out the dispensiry they might be more likely to attack on the way in. They would know you have wieght on the way in but who knows if you take payment then and there, or where you might hide it if you did (damn hard to strip search somebody on the street).

anyway, sucks balls. Maybe deliverys only neutral points in the future and deal with only the buyer. Store fronts are big ass neon signs to crooks that say 'NO POLICE PROTCTION, LARGE LUMP CASH AND WEED GRABS, STONERS NOT PACKING, HUGE SELECTION!'

I would think it is someone from the dispensary. I doubt just two guys saw you out of the blue and decided to rob you. It's also the owner told you to come in and then he wasn't there. Weird. I wouldn't trust anyone but family in this business.
