barfing with bonhits in the am

Starting to wonder what's going on....packed the bong and took a hit and then off to the barf races. Happens with every strain. Feels like some smoke might be making it down to my stomach. Barfed out and now I can smoke. This has been going on at least a month. The strain doesn't matter.

I don't eat breakfast first, that may be the problem. Always the first bong hit of the day. I get queezy and barf bile. Might try eating something first next time, thanks bro!

My best friend used to do that everyday before we went to high school. He would come to my place in the a.m. and as soon as he took his first hit, he needed the garbage can to puke in. This was like everyday for a year or longer. He "grew" out of it, and it doesn't happen to him anymore. Weird....

Yeah that's me, first bong rips in the a.m.
It must have something to do with the stomach being hungry and the smoke getting down there. I would think.

Also a diffuser will make your hits smoother if you don't already have one.

That would suck the fun out of smoking for me.
Pretty much the main reason I smoke joints, I hate explosive bong hits.
