Bangi Haze Questions

Hi all, just received a fem BH seed and is now germinating.

Just wanted to know a few more things in detail about the strain if anyone on here with experience or Ace can answer. Thanks.

I will be mothering and growing clones mostly outside but will try inside too for commercial use. From a typical phenotype, how much stretch could I expect once switched to 12/12 from a clone under 600W HPS in a hydro system using rockwool as a medium? being mostly sativa I'd expect 2-3x original size, will that be the case for BH?. What kind of yield per square meter could I expect from this strain? I'm happy with 400-450grams, is BH capable of this?. Also is the structure columnar or bushy with a good branching system?
Is SOG a more efective way to grow this strain or not?.

Just another couple questions for outdoor growing. From clone when would I expect this plant to finish outside at a latitude range of 37-39. How flower sensitive is it outside? could I plant in mid November(May eqv. for N. hemiphere growers) from clones with no pre flower problems?

Sorry for all the questions but it'd be a great help if you could chime in and shed some light on the technical aspects of this strain, can't wait to grow this beauty. This strain looks amazing, no mold,up lifting sativa, good quality and hopefully the yield and structure can match up to make it perfect

Cheers,
Kiwi.

Hi kiwigreen420,

Bangi Haze usually grows quite compact from seed in its first weeks of life, you can expect moderate stretching when is switched to flowering (usually less than double of the initial size, around 50%-75% more, depending on the pheno and growing variables).

Regarding yield, Bangi Haze is a highly inbred line and has never been bred to produce huge yields, yield is moderate but has great indoor adaptability and the flowering time is more than reasonable for a sativa dominant hybrid.

If you have placed a Bangi Haze clone outdoors in early August then it will finish aprox around 10th October at your latitude, if the clone is placed later then the flowering will be delayed and the harvest time as well.

Hope it helps.
