Banana Canna Cake Receipe

[SKAGITMAGIC]

1C. Mashed Bananas-over ripened
1C. Sugar
3/4 C. Canna Butter- melted and slightly cooled to a oil consinstency
2 Eggs room temp
1 1/3 C. Flour
1 1/4 t. Cinnamon
3/4 t. Baking Powder
1/2t. Salt
3/4 t.Baking Soda
BLEND:Bananas, Sugar, Canna Oil & Eggs- set aside
COMBINE: All other ingredients
ADD: Banana mixture to dry ingredients & blend
POUR: into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan
BAKE:30 min. or until a tooth pick comes out clean
COOL:
FROSTING:
CREAM: 1 block cream cheese
1/2-2/3 of a med. ripe banana
1-11/2 boxs of powdered sugar
OR
TRY: Peanut Butter or Chocolate in place of the bananas in the frosting. . Or any nut of your choice in the batter
