Ballast recommendation ?

I’ve decided to put a hps/mh in my tent and now trying to find a ballast and hood. Any recommendations for something of quality? Anyone purchase the cheapos off Amazon? I’m suspect of the quality of what I am seeing. Thanks.

I use the ones off Amazon no problems.
They arrive slightly beat up sometimes but of the dozens of 1000 hps I nave bought all worked no problems.
Bulbs are the same but cool tubes you really want to look at the pics and dimensions to make sure.

Thanks for that @dogzter . Ipower has a package for 125 . So cheap... just don’t want my house burning down.

They do get hot around 200f. I set them on something safe like stone or steel or concrete.
Way better than leds if you live in a cold environment.
