If you unplug the light, then plug it back in. it usually takes around 5 minutes to recharge.

yes, theres nothing wrong with the bulbs, they work, they are new

the light wont even start, thats the problem, the ballast just buzzez

the main problem is when I get the light to work, then the timer switches off, it dont switch on again, I have to manually switch the cabels on the ballast to get the light working again.

the timer is on 12/12

Are they HPS?

Are they digital?

MH don't have an igniter.

Could be a bad ground.

Sometimes you get a bad ballast and they buzz. You might have to replace one but you say both? :nono:

Wrong voltage wired up possibly?

Your common matters. Also you need to ground the mogul. Doubt this is your problem tho.

ok

but the strange thing is that the lamp works, then when the timer goes off, it wont start again until I switch the wires on the ballast.

the other ballast wont eaven start, it just buzzes... could it be the igniter? or something else??

Why don't you take it to the store you bought it at?

Seems like a better option. You aren't able to locate the problem, there's a good chance you aren't able to fix it yourself either.
