Hey guys, I'm new to this site, but figured I'd just start off with some pics from where I'm at right now. I'll post some more from when they were small getting to this point later on. Let me know what you think they're on day 21 of flower, and I have no clue what strain they are. Each one is from a different bag. All are from different mids I picked up over the last year.
The basics:
4 plants all different strains (no clue)
5 gallon pots 4:1 organic potting soil to perlite mix. (2 gallons of the dirt is fox farms ocean forest, from the 2 gallon pots they were in)
1 1000 watt hortilux SuperHPS light in cool tube
Planted: Early September
Flowering: Started November 11th
They were fed grow big and big bloom through veg, vegged for approx 2.5 months. One was topped early and then LST'ed, the rest were just LST'ed and then two of those were fim'ed later on. No ferts yet during flowering (haven't made it to the shop) besides big bloom, which isn't a fert, and we've been feeding with organic dark natural sugar but we're switching to molasses once we run out.
The four plants:
To simplify things, I'll refer to each plant as something specific from here on out:
1) "The Girl" - She was the first to show sex during veg, looks just like sloth, has lots of tiny tops. We LST'd her then FIM'ed all reulting tops. She's in between sloth & the topped one
2)"The Topped One" - She was topped on her 6th node and then LST'd, and thus produced about 12 tops, 2 from each node. Each resulting top was LST'd away from the center, producing kind of a circle of buds. The topped one sits in between the girl and the blueberry midgrade
3)"Blueberry Midgrade"(just blueberry in future posts) - This one came from some really fruity tasting midgrade that was being sold as blueberry. Very indica dominant leaves, very short and squat throughout its whole growth. Never been topped. She was my LST'ing masterpiece. I tied the main branch back, then I tied all the resulting tops away from the sides making a V kinda, then I tied the main top back over the center of the pot. I was going to work it all the way across the pot, but it only made it back to the direct center before it was time to flower. Its funny, the main top is back in line with where it would have grown if it hadn't been trained. Located between the topped one and sloth.
4)"Sloth" - Last but not least, there's sloth. This 46 headed monster is the result of LST'ing then FIM'ing all the resulting tops. Since they didn't have time to recover from FIM'ing before flowering, the tops never had time to form so its just growing straight up 3 or 4 buds from the top instead of new branches. Located between the blueberry and the girl.
