BAD!!! nute burn and stunted plants??

Ok so i have some plants that are about 8 weeks old and when they were 2 weeks old I decided to feed them about 1/4 strength of jacks classic. BAD ideal! they burnt plum up! I saved them by pulling them out of the soil and rinsing the roots then putting them back in fresh soil, the problem is they haven't grown since, sure they greened back up (mostly) but they are still only about 4 inches tall... I started a couple two many so i gave them to my uncle just before the nute burn incident and the ones I gave him are closing in on 2 ft tall now..

Will mine recover and catch up or should I start new seeds while its still early enough?

You obviously did allot of trauma by uprooting them. Why you would think that was the best course of action is beyond me. Most people would have advised flushing the soil, assuming you have them in containers. 2 weeks in fresh soil is too early for feeding in my opinion. All that aside if they are still alive at this point they will probably grow. Next time you have a problem with your plants I would consider consulting the cannabis infirmary for advice before panicking and doing something ill advised.

I did flush.. with 50+ gallon per 1 gal pot but it only seemed to make the burn worse so thats why i thought new soil was in order...

Did you check your ph this is starting to sound less like burn. Pics would help how often. Do you water what kind of soil are you using? Were your roots slimey when you pulled them?

Ive not checked the water ph but I know it comes out of my tap at just under 7.0.. I only water about once a week and let the pot dry out pretty good before i do. none of the roots looked smiley, but one of them had the root tips starting to turn black/brown when I pulled them.. the soil is FF ocean Forrest that had been sitting out in the yard in the bag for over 2 years, so Im sure most of the nutes in it had leached out...

What worries me is even tho they seem to have mostly recovered from the over ferting I gave them a month or so ago, they havnt grown since then, Im use to growing 8-10 ft monsters and at this rate im wondering if I would do better by poping new seeds and starting fresh in promix..

When you uprooted them you destroyed there fine roots needed for growth, nutrient uptake, etc. it will take weeks to recover. Unless prized genetics you want to save scrapping them and replacing them is gonna be more productive. I'd also use fresh soil seeing as you flushed with about 10x the recommended amount of water.
