i understand the basic concepts of backcrossing and cubing. but genetics is something ive never studied so im still learning.chimera says on a post that its pointless backcrossing more than once but im trying to explore all the options. i want to try to preserve something which is old, and very special to me.so im wondering wether a bx1, cubing, or making an s1? whats my best option? this could be an interesting thread if there are some braining folks out there...thanks in advance
