Hello all, allow me to introduce my self as dubi. Not to be confused with dubi of ace.

I am starting a new grow from seed. The seeds have already been planted.

Most of the strains are either dosido or gsc crosses. The list goes as such

2 Gsc x c99 by brothers grimm
2 gsc x trainwreck by cannaventure
2 irene x dosido 18 by archive
2 lemon g x dosido 18 by archive
2 karma sour diesel x devil driver
And 1 tester of some bag seed I found in a ghost train haze that I grew.

So far the seeds have been germinated in wet paper towels in plastic bags left by my sunny window. 100% germination. I then transferred the seedlings to a seed mix in 3 in plastic pots. And am waiting for them to come up. The plan for these 11 plants is to grow in organics soil in 7 and 10 gallon pots in a 4x8 tent. I have a chilled x6 and a first gen black dog phytomax led. Hopefully this grow puts me back on track here in Texas. I lost my last grow and had to start over in a new location. Here we are. In the meantime I'm finishing up some zweet inzanity by ethos. This was a test grow in the new location to see what needed to be checked in this room. Some light leaks and high heat issues gave me some 6 foot plants. Not as planned. I'll be updating here instead of bean basement. Cheers all!

Sounds cool, glad to hear you are doing well. Those plants in the photo are kick-ass looking. I'm going to ride with you friend. I love Burple light gardens. Thanks for posting.
Hey thanks, I originally started this grow on beanbasement. But it's seems unless your posting in one of the many mega threads that cap communicates in then no one cares about what you post. So I'm moving over here. Here's a link to the original grow diary

The seedlings are 7 days old now. I need to turn the light up just a bit. I gave them a good watering today so they should absorb that and double up in no time. All 9 are looking healthy. One did stretch a bit and I blame the light being too high and not on damping off. Bit we shall see soon. I always lose a few seeds to damping off, come to think of it have lost $100's of seeds to damping off. But I took measures to sterilize my medium and not over soak the soil this time around. The zweet inzanity plants are are finishing up in 2 weeks, + 2 week drying time means I have roughly 4 weeks to veg out these seedlings but I'll probably take 5 weeks.

And this is the somali taxi ride (rare dankness) x gas bubbles (inkognyto genetics) the gas bubbles line has a genetic trait that seems to make stellar looking plants that are super frosty and dense but have absolutely zero smell. So far this is the third seed I pop with zero smell. It faintly smells like it's somali taxi mother. Which was all sweet and spicy peppery haze. If it smells or taste anything like that then I will keep her. She is throwing out spear shaped buds kind of like gmo.

Be nice to see a lights off shot of those....that burple is no good for photos.....I think they would look pretty good and frosty. Have a sweet day.

Hey, I know blurple is not photo friendly, the best I could do was pull them out of the direct light for a photo. I'll do my best to take bud shots with a different light from now on but this thread will mostly showcase the seedling and those will be grown under a mix of blurple lights and modern spectrum led's. Basically a old Blackdog phytomax and a new Growcraft x6.

The plan is to take them down next Wednesday. But we'll see if they are ready for it. Sitting at day 62 currently. Maybe I'll take them to 75 days. This might be my last run with this clone. I can't tell if the clone has deteriorated or the light I'm using doesn't do this clone justice. I might try it one more time under the x6. I have notice sativas dont do too well under the black dog and is best to stick with short indica leaning plants.

The seedlings just got planted to 1 gallon containers. I lowered the light a bit. Hopefully they are off to a great start.

Looking pretty nice and chunky. Hopefully you can upgrade to a newer light with a better spectrum. Maybe that will reignite the plant. If you had good luck with it before though something may have changed. My clone only GG4 has been going for 7 years now. Not the same mom. I change the mom every couple runs and just use a new good looking clone. I have yet to see any degradation in quality or plant vigor.
Have a sweet day all. Peace, negative.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards this light not quite having the penetration power for sativas. When I put short squat plants under it grows them perfect. I have a growcraft x6 that sativas perfectly. I will use it next round. This light being 8 years old still does a great job. Not ready to retire it just yet.

Harvested the zweet inzanity. Almost dry, another 2 days. Got one plant still in flower about two more weeks left. On to the featured grow. Fungus nats are fucking shit up. Already killed of one seedling and they are stunting another. All my traps are filled with them. Anyone have an organic remedy? A bag of promx from Walmart is the culprit. Fuck I have never seen so many nats.

This is how things look right now. Admittedly not where I want to be. Fungus nats took out 3 seedlings. And another is so stunted I don't think it will make it. Leaving me with 8 plants. I tried to do some lst today. I waited a bit too long because the stems are starting to get hard. Should have done it 5days ago.
But everything is looking good now. I added saucers to each pot and will be doing some bottom watering. Can't waitro fill out thw tent.

Plants have now been lst'd and topped. And today I put a scrog net. Hopefully I can fill out this canopy in 2 weeks.

There are no more fungus nats. I ordered some nematodes to battle them but by the time they arrived i had not a single nat. I guess thestong biology of the soil i transplanted to killed off the larva. So everything is heading in the right direction. Just got to get these plants big enough for flower.
