Baby plant discolored stem: phosphorus def?

Currently on ~day 2 of my first plant poking up through soil. As you can see in the pic below, the stem is looking a little purple; the pic doesn't really do it justice and it is definitely a purple hue. I'm thinking phosphorus deficiency, but I'm having trouble finding similar cases w/ such a young plant in the forums.

Thoughts? Or am I just being a worrisome parent?

Info on my overall setup (PC case) can be found in my diary thread: https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=177403

Thanks in advance! :tiphat:
