baby mj sprouts, placed in starter cubes(rockwool). The tips of the leaves have turned a very dark shade of brown and orange. They have also grown very small(leaves are tiny). WOuld anyone know the explaination for this, and how to solve this problem?

Rockwool cubes is Hydro and you must drop your PH down to 5.4

Fan should be blowing towards the bulbs not the plant, plants should lightly dance not whip in the wind.

things that were asked have been adjusted. The ph has not been tested(no tester), but a tablespoon full of ph down has been added. THe plants look as if they will slowly but shirly die. No growth from day to day. This bites I wish someone could help me...

Tap water will kill your plants, with chlorine and god knows what else.

use reverse osmosis water, or something else that is filtered very well.

Dude, into how much water? That could be enough to push a sick plant over the edge and kill it on its own. Also, RW cubes need to be pre-treated before use. If you don't have meters, stick with soil-type set-up.

Good lord, a full tablespoon? Into how much water? A quart? A liter? A gallon? What? Too much PH up or down too quick will shock a plant to death---I learned that one the hard way a few times....Adjusting PH isn't an overnight thing, it takes a few waterings to fix out-of-whack PH (properly)....
