No inchoate and unparticularized suspicion or hunches to search your car. The AZ Supreme Court has told AZ leos what the US Supreme court says is for AZ too. I don't know if this is anything more than just saying AZ cops have to follow the same rules or what. Also a shame the guy has to stay in jail even though his conviction was tossed.
(I actually think the cops knew what this guy had in his trunk already, but couldn't use their illegally gotten evidence, so tried the old 'the driver was nervous' routine to get the search.)
