Ayahuasca experiences

Ive been reading Terence McKenna and find this a very interesting entheogen although I have never tried it. It seems that these two ingredients are needed in a brew:Caapi (Banisteriopsis caapi)and Cebil (Anadenanthera colubrina). These can be found online but is it easy to prepare the brew? Id like to hear from anyone who has prepared or experimented; how was it? I really fancy meeting those 'machine elves' Terence talks about....:woohoo:

I've only tried pure DMT, not ayahuasca. Extracting DMT from the plant material isn't difficult.

DMT gives you the distinct sensation that you're meeting and communicating with other intelligent beings at the peak of the trip. I don't necessarily believe it's real. It just feels real at the time.

Terence McKenna's trip reports are fun, although the details of the experience are different for everyone.

I think the poster was asking for advice from those who have firsthand experience...no offense intended.I suppose a person could arrive at a place to get info via Google, but he asked the question here.Im guessing that perhaps he might trust this community to give him accurate info.

That's just my opinion tho.Not that it is worth much. :)

Alright...no offense intended. Try out changa, or DMT enhanced leaf, if you are looking for a wonderful experience, its the only way I smoke DMT anymore. Half my herbal blend is a 20x B. caapi extract on leaf. This MAOI is the same one you use in 'huasca concoctions, so you are getting a very similar experience, shorter lived, and often more intense. Good luck on your journeys!

listen

i've been involved with ayahuasca ceremonies for years...

i would warn everybody not to take this thing likely...it's not a recreational thing and can be quite dangerous if not done properly

this includes changa and dmt-smoking

Has anyone had experience with mimosa hostilis root bark? Years ago there was a guy who would sell you a bag of it at camden market. I believe it is fairly easy to extract the dmt from.

I was always more partial to the mushrooms so i never tried it in the end... Probably illegal now, regret not giving it a go
