AWAITING CARD TRANSACTION? SEED BOUTIQUE?

Hey everyone, my last 2 orders have gone thru smoothly untill I check back a couple days later and then it says declined CC Hold, even though my card is good. All my other orders went thru no problem so I'm wondering what the deal is? can someone help please? I get no reply when emailing seed boutique so not sure what to do.
 
Thanks alot for the help Kharma, hopefully ill hear something back from the boutique. I've followed everything on the FAQ so its nothing with that, and I have not sent them lots of email so dont think its in thier spam folder.

normally....when a CC hold cumz up...IT meanz that U'r card didn't go thru.....insufficiant fundz.....OR.....most likely.....
U'r Credit Card Company Flagged U'r account for having multiple
overseas transactions.....as a safe guard for U'r account

most likey U will have to contact U'r own CC. Company....and verify that U are using the card for said purchases

dont worry the BAY... thye cant solve...or fix the problem....

ALSO.....
once this happens they WILL NOT rerun U'r order U must reorder and
process CC info all over again.......

I'd contact the CC company first......then REorder......
