this is complete BS. warranty is not being held up to. you really get what you pay for and this is the worst service i have ever gotten. he called back right away at first but that was the last point of contact. I understand that people get busy w life as do i , but cmon . either you run a business or you don't. All i ask for is a call back for christ sake, at least. ballast didn't even make it 2 months before it went bad. and he did not even offer to fix. is supposedly sending me a capacitor. but my plants have been under shitty light for 3 weeks now. my shit is dying and this guy will not return a phone call or an email for 3 weeks. I finally lm for him and said to either tell me he is going to send or not. I dont care i just need to know if i have to go buy new gear or not. i am sooo pissed.

Have you tried contacting the ballast manufacturer? And sorry about your situation. I all ways buy from the same guy. Its been that way for years. I have had bad ballast/bulbs and he hooks me up with a loner until the manufacturer fix's mine or replaces in most cases. I do live in cali and it is "Safer" here, but you might want to try your local shop for lights in the future.

this was labeled as an econo system. all it was was a fu(#ing ballast out of a gymnasium or security light. the damn case was cracked on the ballast ffrom day 1. never again.....

just got off phone w him. sounds like there was a problem in shipping. it was returned w wrong address. May have jumped the gun. . i guess either way it still went bad in a unreasonably amount of time. I will keep people posted on the outcome.

I tried them out years ago when they first appeared, had nothing but problems. Wrong items shipped, wrong addresses. I'm sure it's not a common occurrence or they'd be out of business, but it sounds like they still haven't fixed it completely.
