this is complete BS. warranty is not being held up to. you really get what you pay for and this is the worst service i have ever gotten. he called back right away at first but that was the last point of contact. I understand that people get busy w life as do i , but cmon . either you run a business or you don't. All i ask for is a call back for christ sake, at least. ballast didn't even make it 2 months before it went bad. and he did not even offer to fix. is supposedly sending me a capacitor. but my plants have been under shitty light for 3 weeks now. my shit is dying and this guy will not return a phone call or an email for 3 weeks. I finally lm for him and said to either tell me he is going to send or not. I dont care i just need to know if i have to go buy new gear or not. i am sooo pissed.
