automatic or timed fan speed controller

i am looking for a unit that will change my exhaust fan speed when the lights are off. It can either work by using a timer (preferred) or by temp.
please let me know what my options are and price.

i see the phason units but those seem to need all the electrical ran instead of just plugging in an edison cable to power and the fan cable. thats what i am looking for. i do not trust my own electrical knowledge right now to wire up my own stuff

i've tried searching for hours. i only came up with 3 units, and 1 i cannot find anywhere. the one i can is the phason, which i would love to know if anyone uses it and how to wire it up. the third is a home made one that looks awesome, i just do not have the skills to build it.
