Autoflowering strain outdoors: issue of sunlight!

Hey guys, i am new to this section of the forum! I am currently growing for the third time some auto flowering strains but it's the first time I do it outdoors..currently they are getting 5 hours of direct sunlight and i could not find anywhere on this site if that is enough. I have the possibility to move them for like no effort so that they could possibly get i don't know...maybe 8 or more hours of direct sunlight. The only issue is that from say 11 am to 2:30 pm they will not be getting any direct light. So i could let them in direct sunlight from around 8 am to 11 am and from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm..but i am not sure how the plant will do with this constant moving and interruptions of light intensities..I repeat they are Autoflowering strains. Really hope you can help!

Cheers,

Hey Highcountry, thanks for the reply!!!! I know that the more light they get the better..i was more concerned with the fact that i am moving them from one place to another and that the light intensity goes up and down..does that harm them in any way??

Peace!

I'm sure that the plants can handle it. In some of my patches my ladies get a little bit of filtered light in the afternoon. Doesn't affect them at all. Hope this helps. Good luck!
