can you reveg a plant that autoflowered?

darn. i thought not. just out of curiosity (i am very into the botany behind gardening) what is the complicated answer?

Autoflowers don't produce the hormone caused by/destroyed by periods of darkness( I can't remember which) that allows flowering plants to be photosensitive

yeah autoflowers are meant to produce flowers after a certain amount of time, you cant re-veg them.

I have seen evidence that proves other wise... and have read reports from growers who are regarded high in the auto scene... who claim plants they have thrown on the heap to die have reveged... but im not here to cause arguments... just wanted to put that out
