Attic Grow problems

So to begin, I want about 6 plants I already have a veg room going. My problem is getting walls up to the attic, the opening is only like 2'x2'. I have 5' headroom to work with so the plants will be about 3 feet tall so I'm expecting the room to be 3'x2'. Materials and ways to get it up there is what I need sugestions for. Drywall is not an option I was thinking plywood but any 2 cents is well appreciated.

Sounds like wood is out of the question unless you plan on cutting it up and puzzling it back together again. I would use Panda Film or some kind of plastic that could be easily folded and rolled.
Keep us posted.

Yeah, frame in the area with 2x4's, cover the inside with panda and put some insulation in between the studs....or make a bigger attic entryway

The biggest problem you will face in an attic will be heat. You need to make sure your room is well insulated, whatever you do. Frame it up like MTF said and use plywood and rolls of insulation to finish it with. You can then use panda film or flat white paint. You will probably need an A/C unit to keep it cool. 600w would probably work pretty well for what you are talking about.

can you make a portable tent out of PVC pipe and white poly? Build the thing, then assemble it once it's in your attic. http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=36363

If you get tired of growing up there, just move the tent somewhere else.

Or use white poly to make the walls, and the frame can be made from whatever wood you choose.

I think I'm going to try the poly and 2x4. 2 more quick questions, its about to be winter so the attic will be around 20-35º will I still have heat issues? and also will a 260 cfm fan with scrubber and a vaportek take care of all oders?

I grow in an non-climate controlled garage in a 400W big cab, which may be kinda similar to your attic grow. A/C is never used in winter, but needed in summer.

Never used a Vaportek, but I figure any half-decent scrubber should be good enough for a personal grow. Cool if there was an attic fan venting to the outside, good for smells and temperatures.
