Attempts at Fimming....

Hello everyone:

This is my first tent grow and I'm still trying to get the 'fimming' technique to an exact science. That is if such a thing exists. I've included a few images here and I don't think that I did all that badly but then again, I am a little bias when it comes to that judging my own handiwork........

Can't really tell what the pictures are supposed to show but the plants look nice and healthy.

just pinch the top off..

where you see the little side shoot leaf, will be a main top.. so if you can get one in and not pinch it off, then good, if not no worries.. it kinda all depends on when you pinch is what you have to work with..


just remember when there mature, they "zig zag" so your tops will be different heights, unless you pinch "immature" plants that haven't zig zagged yet..

I pinch the tops 1-2x, then I bend everything getting rid of the usual pine tree shape. This exposes all the usual "popcorn" buds and I turn them into multiple cola tops.

I use to pinch everything, manhandle it, didn't matter, but it can be stressful, so bending is more a bonsai technique, I guess, that's where I learned it.
