Atomizer sprayer harmful to beneficials?

I have an atomizer with the average droplet size of 20 microns. Are the benficials in something like compost tea or Actinovate killed or degraded in the atomizing process?

I think the PSI is more of a concern...the boys the wrote "Teaming with Microbes" suggest nothing over 70 PSI; however I recall reading research/studies that have concluded 25-50 PSI is the sweet spot for "microherd survivability".
