at what time should i introduce CO2 to my room

I inject from the moment the light goes on till when it goes off, with a few exhausting cycles here and there to keep temps in the upper 80's.

SO...inject CO2 anytime you want as long as it's not the dark period, since they wont use it.

i think what you mean is at what stage of growth? well most people save the CO2 for flowering but if youve got a small grow and dont mind spending a couple more bucks (its pretty cheap if youve got a small grow) you can have it on during veg and the plants will probably love you for it. you will see much more explosive growth and maturity but really only if you get a tank or a generator for a single 400 you should get a tank and you must also get a regulator.

I start with co2 within a week or two into veg. They love it in the summer when temps get a little higher, and it seems like I get more bud sites for the same amount of veg time.

I run my flower room at night to save cooling costs, so I dont use co2 in flower. My flower room gets lots of fresh cool night air and dosn't need co2.

In my experience co2 should be used during flower,if used correctly the same sized plants will weight 25-30% more than plants flowered without co2.

i agree co2 during flowering is most important but you can shorten veg time if you use it during veg too. bigger plants equal bigger yeilds in some cases biegger plants faster equals large yeilds faster.
