Asking for help with soil and feeding (newbie)

Hello!
I am a little confused about feeding my plants
And i hope to get some help here again as alwase

I am using a soil soled by the local hydroshop(the best option i have) it contains: peat,perlite,coco fibers,vermiculite,and humus
They sad it has a very light fertulizers content and i will need to feed after 1 week
I think its too soon to feed, i fed only once 1 week ago (they were 2 weeks old, now they are 3 weeks old) and i used 1/4 of recomended biobizz biogrow amount a week ago
And i am not sure on how to continue
Should i keep feeding or is this soil's ingridients enough for now? And if i need to feed when should i start?
I have read articles and guides but still not really sure because in my country everything is called in different names than on the guides and i don't have guides and tutorials in my language


Is this whats called a light mix?
And usually when do you need to start feeding with that?

I transplanted them yesterday from solo cups, roots were showing at the buttom

hey bro, check the cotyledons, if they are yellow, it's time to feed.
if they are green, wait.
they dont seem hungry at this stage imo

Now that you have up potted they should be ok for a week or two. When you do fertilize do it like you were with partial strength. Plants look good. Since you're new to it Here's some advice I got . Less is more, relax it will be ok, and just because the plant is there doesn't mean you need to mess with it. And super important . don't over water!!!! Err on the side of not watering enough.
