What in God's name does any of that have to do with your "out of pocket" expenses required to grow MMJ?

Where does it say in the law you are allowed to grow full time and live at the grow site and be reimbursed for living expenses?

Blue Dot it does not state that, I don't think, in a law. Part of the Federal Tax code though does allow an individual to have a business with-in thier home and get certain tax exemptions for doing so. Living expenses, maybe not, depends on what those are, but a cetain portion of expensise like rent, utilities, such as water and power, phone service, real estate taxes are. You can not write off your entire home, but portions of all of these are allowed and have been for years. Doing business as a grower or collective and using your home as an office or place of business is no different, IMO, than a mechanic working on your car at his home and filing for the same exemptions at the end of the tax year. Corporations write off entire office complexes so why not give a guy a break for using his home? This may not be quite the same issue as what you are refering to but the principles is the same. If you are in business and using your home or property for conducting that business you are allowed some credit for doing so. Pharma I'm sorry if my post came off as arguing with Blue Dot to you. I did not intend it to seem that way. I was mearly trying to help him grasp the intent of the tax system to give the business owner some bennifit for using thier own propery, and how that principle is being used in the MJ gows.. DD
