trying to make life hard for this PM im fighting.

currently im at 60's day 60 night and 10-20% hum w/dehumy running 24/7

large air-king floor fan on medium moving the air around...leafs fluttering, not hard though.
Co2 Sealed

im wondering if 60's is better at supressing PM or if running warmer (80's) would be better although i like the cold purpleing, from R&D ive done PM likes 60-80 and 30+% hum.

im at 65 days and im waiting for the rank smell to come b4 croping while the last colas fill in.

samples seamed to have no PM inside the nugs just a tad on the fans

Colder temps will not kill it off imo, it will just stay there and coat the damn shit, recently we had PM on our apple trees we planted and putting them into cold did not work, I did not have anything around the house to use to kill it off.

WArmer temps cause them to spread, colder temps cause them to slow down but does not kill it, I even had the plant in 30 F weather for a week and the shit did not die off.

as i said its not too bad, just some fans. trying to clean it up is a disaster... using safers... sometimes i trim them off. i did that the first time and saw all the spores go up and around, got all pissed. just trying to make it dormant or not spead as fast, so cold is it.. ok... thanks!
seams like once you get used to a problem and stop it from occuring you have a 'new problem' to conquer....
stuck juggleing in my head all these fixes for stuff...
what works on what what to do when....
just another n00b!

It's spread by microscopic spores. You now have spores all over your room. PM can take over in a few days so what's not too bad today on a few fans can quickly and easily become a disaster almost overnight. Serenade kicks ass, AQ10 is better in flower but the company manufacturing it went out of business but I bought a bunch of backstock...heh heh. There's a lot more too it than that so use the search feature here at IC and get educated...good luck. Weak plants are more definitely more susceptible, good calcium levels helps resistance, 1 part lowfat or skim milk with 9 parts water works great, then there's baking soda, and then...blah, blah, blah. Getting PM can suck big balls. If it gets on your moms big time you really need to start over. Since you're at 65 days no problem to finish but you should start thinking about a good cleanup program with something like Detol, Physan 20, strong H2O2, 100F+ for 1 hour+ to kill any residual spores...blah, blah, blah.

That's how PM operates. PM lives on leaves but can and will infect very small sweet leaves on the buds. Totally different from bud rot...typically botrytis from what I understand.

wow man,.... what an armfull.

\i did the search feature thats how i go to where im at.

ive been diligant with safers 3-1 spray and h2o2 spray on the affected leafs.

unfortunately ive got 10 2 week flowering plants in with my remaining 3 65 day'rs (perpetual) NONE of them have been affected and are VASTLY healthyer then my 3 at this stage of there life. thoes plants sofar have had NO PM after 10 days +/- of fighting PM.
after harvest i was going to remove the 10, bleach the whole room, and then probably get a sulfer burner...
http://www.bghydro.com/BGH/itemdesc.asp?iC=PCSV
i figure its worth the 150 or 200....
will prevent this headache on my 10 in another 5 weeks or so...

the search feature also showed me not to run a sulfer burner within 2 weeks of harv.

i appreciate the tips and the help. any more advice would be FAN-TASTIC!

Don't burn sulphur around a plant in flower :bashhead:. Forget the 2 weeks from harvest thing. Call Aqua Serene in Eugene OR and get some AQ10 while it's still available. OK to use right up to harvest. It contains a parasitic fungi that feeds off PM but only really effective in early stages of infection...not infestation...two different things. H2O2 in high concentration is a contact fungicide...forget the bleach...I'd rather use Physan 20 than bleach for this.

Anyway...good luck :headbange.
